If you’re familiar with the content of this website, you know that I write a lot of code in Pine for TradingView. Prior to day trading, my background was in software development. When I began trading, I was quite shocked at how terrible the software is that traders use. It felt like the brokers were building their tools so that you would fail. So, of course, very early on I decided to build my own trading tools to give myself an edge over what the brokers provide. In this two-part series, I go over (a) the trading platform that I’ve built and (b) the tradingview indicators and integration I’ve built in order to trade every day. These things are constantly evolving, but have become core to how I trade.
I often get folks reaching out to me with questions about the things they see on my charts, so I thought it would be fun to pull back the curtain a bit to share more of what I have built behind the scenes, and how it all works together.
