FAQ

Why are some of your indicators free, and others cost money?

We charge for an indicator if the following two things are true: (a) we have put considerable effort into developing it, testing it, and using it to perform trades; and (b) we personally find it incredibly useful and it is an integral part of our daily trading. If we are giving an indicator away for free, it could be something we use regularly, but it probably didn’t take a lot of effort to develop or release – or could be easily reverse-engineered.

Do your indicators provide alert functionality?

Yes, some of them do. The one that we find the most useful (so far) is Trend Tracker, which has alerts to let you know when higher lows & lower highs are formed, and when trend changes occur. Yes, they work on all timeframes.

What other indicators do you have coming out next?

If we have an indicator available (free or paid) it is because we use it ourselves and believe in it’s value. We always have new ideas, and generally have at least 3 indicators in development and testing. If it hasn’t been released yet, it’s because either our ideas didn’t pan out the way we thought they would, or we are debugging / battle-testing them prior to release. We don’t publicly discuss anything in development as we’d rather under-promise and over-deliver.

Do you provide refunds?

Yes. If it has been a reasonable amount of time since you made your purchase and you find that the indicator is not helpful, we will refund your purchase and remove your access.
